About

Breanne graduated from the University of British Columbia Okanagan in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Kinetics, where she developed a strong interest in concussion management, health behaviour change, and human psychology. She has gained experience in injury rehabilitation, work-related injuries, jobsite visits, return-to-work planning, and exercise prescription for strength and conditioning.

Breanne has continued to expand her knowledge in concussion rehabilitation, exercise management, and client-centred care.

She has also completed training in Manual Osteopathic Therapy through the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. This type of therapy is a holistic, hands-on approach that focuses on assessing and treating the body as a whole system, with the goal of identifying the root cause of symptom presentation. Treatments focus on restoring balance in the body through gentle joint alignment, improved mobility, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, nervous system regulation, and visceral, or organ, release. This type of treatment can be beneficial for both chronic and acute symptoms.

Breanne has worked with Lifemark since 2019. She is currently a Registered Kinesiologist and Manual Osteopathic Therapist. She works in multidisciplinary programs for concussions and work-related injuries, provides exercise prescription for injury rehabilitation and strength and conditioning, supports jobsite visits and gradual return-to-work planning, and provides Manual Osteopathic Therapy services.

Breanne is accepting new private patients for Manual Osteopathic Therapy. For Kinesiology services, she is accepting ICBC, WorkSafe, and private patients.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Breanne staying active at the gym, out on the lake with her paddleboard, hiking local trails, reading, or spending quality time with her family and friends.
