Brooklyn graduated from the University of Guelph in 2021 with an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics, where she also completed a minor in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences. Brooklyn further advanced her education by completing a Graduate Diploma in Professional Kinesiology at Lakehead University in 2024.
With a passion for improving clients' physical well-being, Brooklyn combines a deep understanding of biomechanics, exercise physiology, and rehabilitation strategies to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals.
