Prior, Dr. Elliott completed a co-op undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the University of Waterloo; during which, he was exposed to the fields of advanced athletic rehabilitation, ergonomics, and stroke rehabilitation.
Dr. Elliott treats each patient as a unique individual with unique circumstances, meaning that everybody will receive care with a carefully selected blend of techniques to best suit their needs. His multifaceted approach to treating joint and muscle pain throughout the body includes: spinal manipulative therapy, joint mobilization, PNF muscle stretching, Functional Range Release (soft tissue release), instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic exercise.
