Dr. Elliott treats each patient as a unique individual with unique circumstances, meaning that everybody will received care with a carefully selected blend of techniques to best suit their needs. His multifaceted approach to treating joint and muscle pain throughout the body includes: spinal manipulative therapy, joint mobilization, PNF muscle stretching, Functional Range Release (soft tissue release), instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic exercise.

As an outdoor activities enthusiast and avid rock climber, Dr. Elliott’s special interest and expertise is in helping people get back to doing the activities they love pain-free! From an anatomical perspective, this often means overcoming painful tendons in our knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, and fingers. Dr. Elliott also has a unique skillset as a chiropractor to treat neck and back pain with spinal manipulative therapy alongside a breadth of education, experience, and expertise in remedying a large variety of spinal conditions. 

Dr. Elliott graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in the spring of 2019. Throughout this education, he achieved awards for outstanding academic performances in anatomy and biomechanics. Prior, Dr. Elliott completed a co-op undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the University of Waterloo; during which, he was exposed to the fields of advanced athletic rehabilitation, ergonomics, and stroke rehabilitation.

Some other hobbies and interests of Dr. Elliott include: hiking, mountain biking, woodworking, board games, camping, and coffee!
