Her passion for helping people extends to her work with vestibular and concussion clients. Ellen also has a long history of playing and coaching competitive rugby, gymnastics, and swimming, which has given her a unique perspective in working with athletes on rehabilitating and preventing injuries. She is committed to motivating all of her patients to achieve full recovery and prevent further injury through manual therapy, exercises, and patient education.
When not at work, Ellen enjoys downhill skiing, climbing, and mountain biking. She loves exploring and spending time in the mountains with her husband and two kids, and her active lifestyle helps her to better understand and relate to her clients' needs.
