About

Erin was born and raised in Central Alberta but traveled around the province while attaining her post secondary education. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge before pursuing her Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta, Augustana Campus.

Since a young age, Erin has been involved in sports, taking a special interest in volleyball and competitive swimming. Her love for swimming allowed her to discover the world of coaching, where she coached teams in both Red Deer and Lethbridge while attending post secondary school. As a coach, Erin enjoyed teaching her athletes new skills in order to help them to achieve their goals as well as having a way to connect and give back to her community. This is ultimately what drew Erin to her career in physiotherapy.

She is committed to patient-centered care by utilizing an evidence-based practice, incorporating exercise, education, and manual therapy, to meet patients where they are at and help them achieve their goals - whatever those may be! Erin enjoys treating shoulders and back pain but is looking forward to assisting you with any other troublesome areas that have been bothering you.

Erin has completed her certifications in Dry Needling and can use it in her treatment plans depending on the needs of the individual.

Outside of the clinic, you can find Erin getting some lengths in at the pool, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, exploring new campgrounds throughout the summer, or relaxing on the couch with the latest Netflix show and a bowl of Kraft Dinner.
