About
Siu On (Gareth) was graduated from Hong Kong PolyTechnic University for his BSc in Physiotherapy (2005) and Master in Manipulative Physiotherapy (2013). Since he registered as a physiotherapist in Nova Scotia 2021, he has been serving the Elmsdale community at a private physiotherapy clinic for almost 5 years. Moreover, he registered as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) in 2023 and Certified in Biomedical Dry Needling (Canada) in 2021.
With 20 years of diverse clinical experience, he firmly believes in active, exercise-based approach and hands-on skills that empowers patients to take ownership of their recovery. By combining manual therapy techniques, dry needling, and progressive exercise prescription, he aims to restore optimal movement patterns; alleviate pain and discomfort; enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance; Promote long-term independence and wellness.
With a broad scope of practice, and unwavering dedication to patient-centered care, he is confident in his ability to meet and exceed the expectations of those he serves.
