Greg Ingram
About
Greg is a Registered Kinesiologist who graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and regain the confidence they need to get back to the activities that matter most in their lives. Greg works with individuals of all ages and activity levels, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, improving mobility, or simply looking to move and function better in their day-to-day life.
He takes a personalized, exercise-based approach to rehabilitation. He focuses on identifying movement limitations, strength deficits, and mobility restrictions that may be contributing to pain or dysfunction. From there, he develops targeted programs designed to improve mobility, stability, and functional strength while supporting long-term recovery and injury prevention. Greg believes that rehabilitation should be an active process, and he places a strong emphasis on patient education so individuals understand their bodies and feel confident continuing their progress outside of the clinic.
His approach is collaborative and supportive, aiming to meet each patient where they are and progress them at a pace that is both safe and effective. Greg enjoys working closely with patients to set realistic goals and create programs that fit their lifestyle, whether that means returning to work, sport, or everyday activities.
Greg has experience working in interdisciplinary rehabilitation settings where he collaborates with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded patient care. He has also worked with Return-to-Work (RTW) and Graduated Return-to-Work (GRTW) programs, helping individuals safely and progressively transition back to their occupational duties following injury. Through structured exercise programming and functional job-specific training, he supports workers in rebuilding the strength, endurance, and confidence needed to return to work successfully.
He is committed to creating a positive and encouraging rehabilitation environment where patients feel supported throughout their recovery journey. His goal is to help people not only recover from injury, but also build the strength, resilience, and movement habits that allow them to stay active and healthy long-term.
