About

Hannah is a Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Population Health at the University of Toronto in 2022, followed by a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Western University in 2024. Her clinical experience spans acute and primary care, mental health, and the education sector. Hannah began her career in Alberta, where she developed a strong foundation in rehabilitation – and discovered her love for hiking in the Rocky Mountains in her free time.

She currently provides occupational therapy services at both the Lifemark Mohawk and Stoney Creek clinics. She supports individuals in engaging in meaningful daily activities, with a particular focus on chronic pain management, mental health, cognitive rehabilitation, and return-to-work planning. Hannah uses various evidence-based modalities in treatment, including aspects from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. She is committed to creating individualized treatment plans and is passionate about helping clients reach their goals. Hannah also has a special interest in administering Cognitive Abilities Evaluations and providing informed recommendations for work.

Outside of the clinic, Hannah enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing soccer, hiking, and playing the piano.
