Janelle graduated from Redeemer University in 2005 with a B.A.Kinesiology degree and started working at Lifemark in Hamilton right away. Janelle has done additional training in functional capacity evaluations, capnography and pre/post natal fitness. She is also the clinic's health and safety representative.

Janelle works part-time so she can spend time at home with her two young children. In her spare time she enjoys a competitive game of volleyball, hiking, horseback riding, crocheting and reading.
