About

Jessica joined Regina Sports & Physiotherapy Clinic after she graduated from the Master of Physical Therapy program at the University of Saskatchewan in 2016. Prior to this, she received a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, majoring in Human Kinetics, from the University of Regina in 2013.

She has expanded her clinical skills by taking a variety of continuing education courses, some of which include: Recent Advances in The Evidence-Based Evaluation and Treatment of the Shoulder, Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Mulligan Concept (Upper and Lower Quadrants), McKenzie Method (Part A Lumbar Spine), and the Canadian Orthopedic Division Level Two Courses (Upper and Lower Quadrants).

Jessica enjoys working with individuals of all ages and abilities to help them return to the activities that they enjoy. She uses a combination of education, exercise prescription, and manual therapy to help empower her patients to meet their rehabilitation goals.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, her partner Justin, and their dog Zoey. They enjoy travelling and outdoor activities like camping, hiking, and taking Zoey for walks.
