
Kayla Do
About
Kayla is a registered occupational therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. She graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at Queen’s University in 2022. In 2020, she graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Kinesiology.
Kayla is experienced in working with adults and older adults with a variety of health conditions such as orthopaedic injuries, strokes, amputations, brain injuries, chronic pain, neurological disorders, cardiovascular disorders, and cancer. She developed her knowledge and clinical skills from working in a community setting and long-term care home setting. During her graduate studies, Kayla completed her placements in acute care and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Kayla is passionate about enhancing her clients’ independence with daily activities that are meaningful to them. She values her clients’ autonomy and strives to create excellent rapport with her clients.
Outside of work, Kayla likes to explore different ethnic cuisines, read, and spend time with friends. In the summer, Kayla looks forward to kayaking and canoeing.
