Riddhi Soni
About
Riddhi is a Registered Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience in physiotherapy and three years of healthcare leadership. Over the past three years, she has served in leadership roles within large tertiary care hospitals, including Victoria General Hospital, Kelowna General Hospital, and Royal Columbian Hospital. Working alongside interdisciplinary medical teams, she has contributed to improving patient outcomes in complex clinical environments. This experience allows her to approach each case with advanced clinical reasoning, strong communication, and a systems-level understanding of recovery. Riddhi brings both clinical depth and compassionate care to every treatment session.
Since beginning her physiotherapy journey in 2011, Riddhi has worked with patients experiencing acute injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical challenges, and complex musculoskeletal conditions. She believes that movement is powerful medicine — not only restoring physical strength, but also improving mental clarity and overall well-being. Her philosophy is simple: when you understand your body and move with purpose, healing becomes sustainable.
Riddhi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and a Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training, blending evidence-based rehabilitation with principles of mobility, strength, and mindful movement. She further expanded her expertise by completing a Master’s in Health Management from McMaster University in 2022 while working full-time and raising her young son — a journey that reflects her resilience, discipline, and commitment to growth.
Patients working with Riddhi can expect a thorough assessment, a clear explanation of their condition, and a structured plan focused on measurable progress. Her sessions combine hands-on therapy, progressive strength training, corrective exercise, and education designed to prevent re-injury. Whether recovering from surgery, managing long-standing back or neck pain, returning to sport, or rebuilding strength after injury, her goal is to help patients feel stronger, more capable, and in control of their bodies again.
Outside the clinic, Riddhi lives what she teaches. She enjoys strength training, yoga, walking outdoors, and staying active with her family. A lifelong cricket enthusiast, she brings teamwork, discipline, and perseverance into every aspect of her work
