Stephanida began her journey with a 1,200-hour diploma earned in Portland, Oregon, and has worked across international borders in clinical, therapeutic, and health-focused environments.
Committed to staying at the forefront of therapeutic massage therapy, Stephanida specializes in cupping, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), and pre- and postnatal care.
