Lifemark Father David Bauer Arena is centrally located near the University of Calgary in the central northwest section of the City. 

Free parking is available on the north side of the facility off of 24th Ave NW. We are wheelchair accessible.

Our philosophy

Lifemark Father David Bauer Arena has assembled an outstanding team of highly experienced physiotherapists to treat orthopedic and sports related injuries, as well as work-related and motor vehicle accident injuries with physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and many other services.

 

 

 

 

The clinic

Lifemark Father David Bauer Arena is centrally located near the University of Calgary in the central northwest section of the City.  Free parking is available on the north side of the facility off of 24th Ave NW and we are wheelchair accessible.

With over 8000 square feet of space we have the ability to serve a large, varied clientele, including a complete Return to Work program for the WCB of Alberta, a full Multidisciplinary Rehabilitation Program for various insurance providers and a Cancer Care Rehabilitation program.

Lifemark Father David Bauer Arena's professional staff includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, athletic therapists, kinesiologists and physicians.

Our physical therapists have a wide scope of expertise, including therapists with interests in manual and manipulative therapy, dry needling and acupuncture. Additionally, we have vocational specialists and a psychologist on staff, as well as onsite custom orthotic and brace fitting.

Additionally, our clinic has collaborated with Dr. Richard Boorman, a sub-specialized orthopaedic shoulder surgeon, to develop the Southern Alberta Shoulder Care Clinic (SASCC). This free-of-charge assessment clinic will allow you to access a multidisciplinary assessment with an experienced physician and a physiotherapist with a special interest in shoulder injuries and conditions.
