About

Kimberly Codner is a fully licensed Occupational Therapist with a license to practice in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador. She joined the Lifemark team in 2019 as a practicing Occupational Therapist; prior to which she worked as an Occupational Therapist with FIT For Work, commencing in May 2003. 

Kimberly completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy at Dalhousie University in May 2003, prior to which she completed a Bachelor of Science, Behavioral Neuroscience Degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in May 2000. Kimberly has 20 years of work experience in Occupational Rehabilitation, providing injury management services to a wide variety of local and national customers including employers, long term disability, workers compensation, and auto insurers.

Kimberly is experienced in completing Functional Capacity Evaluations, Ergonomic Assessments, Occupational Therapy Functional Assessment, Interdisciplinary Assessment and treatment, Easeback / return to work monitoring, Work Hardening / Work Conditioning programs, Job Site Analysis, Home Visit Assessments, and Psychosocial Intervention, including activation/functional restoration programs. Kimberly is also Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) trained. Since joining the Lifemark team, Kimberly has continued to increase her knowledge and use of virtual care assessment and intervention.
