Our services
Lifemark Meadowlark Centre is a large interdisciplinary rehabilitation clinic that offers physiotherapy services in Edmonton to those injured in motor vehicle accidents (MVAs), those injured at work (WCB) along with athletes and others injured during regular activities or while performing as weekend warriors.
Our two Edmonton offices in the mall allow for easy access to diagnostics, lab testing, various specialists and pharmacy. We have a staff of over 50 skilled physicians and clinicians (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, kinesiologists, pharmacists and nurses) with many years of experience assisting clients at all points along the rehabilitation continuum.
Edmonton physiotherapy services include manual therapy, acupuncture, sports and exercise therapy and vestibular rehabilitation (for dizziness and balance issues). We also offer orthotics.
Psychological services are also offered at our location.
Our skilled therapists offer a variety of treatment strategies such as cognitive-behavioural therapy and biofeedback/relaxation techniques. They incorporate education around breathing and pacing techniques to assist clients with their individualized recovery plans.
Chronic pain management is another area of expertise at our clinic, accessible via both our publicly funded and third party streams.
In order to access our pain and medication management specialists, our clinic operates through referrals from community general practitioners throughout central/northern Alberta or from third party referral sources.
Medication management and interdisciplinary rehabilitation services are both components of our chronic pain management programs.
The occupational health department offers employment services including pre-employment medicals, drug testing and biomonitoring.
Occupational health physicians and nurses provide a multitude of diverse services to meet the needs of both individual clients and larger employers.
We are a full-scale physiotherapy clinic in Edmonton to serve our community with a variety of rehabilitation needs.
