Amanda is a registered Kinesiologist with a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education. With both experience and a special interest in chronic pain disease management, Amanda is keen to help others improve their physical health and well-being. 

She centres her approach on client education; providing clients with the tools and information they need to take control of their health and achieve their goals. Modalities include fitness assessment & prescription, graded exercise therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), etc.  

In addition to her professional work, Amanda is committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the health and wellness industry, recognizing the importance of creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.  

Currently, Amanda is pursuing further education in Manual Osteopathic Therapy, building upon her expertise in kinesiology and expanding her knowledge and skillset of hands-on techniques to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness.
