Most Lifemark services are available without a doctor’s referral. Physiotherapists specifically are considered primary access practitioners and a physician referral is not needed to access treatment.
Your therapist will take you through a complete assessment and speak to you about your conditions, history, lifestyle, and work.
The result: your customized treatment plan including a home exercise plan delivered to you in print or online (with access to video and animated instruction).
